What should guests expect when riding Tahoe Trolley?
Tahoe Trolley is a restored vintage-style trolley designed to create a fun, nostalgic, and memorable experience. Unlike a traditional motor coach or luxury party bus, the trolley offers an open-air atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh mountain air, incredible scenery, and a unique way to experience Lake Tahoe, Reno, and the beautiful Sierra Nevada scenery throughout our region.
Because the trolley is a vintage vehicle, guests can expect a more authentic ride experience, including the character and sounds that come with a classic trolley. The open windows provide natural airflow and allow passengers to enjoy 360-degree views of the Sierra Nevada and Lake Tahoe.
For longer mountain routes, we recommend planning extra travel time so guests can relax and enjoy the journey rather than simply rushing to the destination.
How many people fit on the Tahoe trolley party bus?
Our trolley party bus comfortably seats up to 20 party goers, with standing room and handles for four more, making it ideal for group celebrations, weddings, and corporate outings.
Do you provide a driver with the Tahoe party bus rental?
Yes. Every rental includes an accredited, professional driver, so your group can celebrate safely without worrying about transportation.
Can alcohol be brought onto the Tahoe trolley party bus?
Yes, alcohol is permitted for guests 21+, but is not available during moving transport, due to open container laws. We also offer bartending and catering coordination at events upon request, depending on your event needs.
Do you offer Tahoe trolley party bus rentals for Lake Tahoe?
Absolutely. We serve Reno, Lake Tahoe, and the surrounding Northern Nevada area. Travel distance and duration may affect pricing.
How far in advance should I book a Tahoe Trolley event in Reno?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, weddings, and peak seasons like summer and holidays.
